There is 1535 +/- feet of road frontage on Friendship Church Road on the western parcel and 1750 +/- feet on the eastern parcel. There is also 2650 +/- feet of road frontage on Pecan Grove Road on the eastern parcel. Pecan Grove Road is a state maintained dirt road.

The town of Farmville (http://farmvillenc.gov) is minutes away and the City of Greenville in less than 30 minutes from the property, Wilson is 20 minutes from the property, and Goldsboro is 35 minutes from the property.
